On What topic should I make a site so that there are more searches for that keyword but Competition is less?
Actually I have just learned Search engine optimization and am on lookout for a good topic on which i can make site and optimize for search engine.
but i need a topic on which there are a lot of searches but the competition is less in the terms of incoming links to the top ranking sites.please tell me if you have any good topics also tell if you can help me create content for that topic.feel free to contact me and let me know if you want to partner me in website making.

You probably should invest a bit money and signup for one of the commercial tools to be able to see the KEI for any given Keyword. KEI is the metric for competitiveness of a Keyword = what you are looking for.
